Replacement vial had identical issue; vendor refused further exchange
"Just for your information: I tested the replacement product you sent again, this time with significantly less liquid. Unfortunately, the exact same issue occurred again. I can gladly send you photos. It cannot be due to the liquid volume. If you stand behind the quality of your products, feel free to send a replacement from a newer batch—I will cover shipping. If that one is flawless, I'd gladly update or delete my review. I think that's a fair and transparent solution."
